Proposed Plan Amendment No. 138

Overview

Hamilton General Homes Ltd. has initiated an amendment to the Niagara Escarpment Plan.

Amendment No. 138 proposes: To expand the Minor Urban Centre boundary of Winona, City of Hamilton (formerly Stoney Creek) into the Escarpment Protection Area in order to permit a 17-lot estate residential development of 3.7 ha (9.3 acres).

The Niagara Escarpment Commission will accept public comments over the next two to three months. Please continue to monitor our website for any further information or update on this application.
