The Niagara Escarpment Commission's Compliance and Enforcement Officer is responsible for the enforcement of the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act, Niagara Escarpment Plan and associated Regulations.
The Niagara Escarpment Commission encourages residents residing within the Niagara Escarpment Plan Area to ensure all construction, site and grade alterations, pond excavations, forestry and other environmental land alterations comply with the Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act, Niagara Escarpment Plan and associated Regulations.
