Officer for Science and Technology Cooperation in the Western Hemisphere
at the U.S. Department of State, and former Executive Director of
the U.S. Man and the Biosphere Program for more than 18 years. Dr.
Soles discusses Biosphere Reserves and their potential roles in
sustaining the Earth's Ecosystems.

Paul Zorn, Regional Conservation Biologist
with the Ontario Region of Parks Canada, concludes Leading Edge
2001 with a summary of the conference and a discussion of future
actions.
